For anybody with a weight problem the prospect of a system which promises to give the fastest fat loss results ever attained, is extremely enticing. That said, it is also bound to be met with some degree of suspicion. After all, everybody makes sweeping claims, but very few can back them up. Well I can certainly verify that the 1,000 Calorie Challenge is as good as its word and has totally transformed my fitness levels and eating habits, whilst at the same time given me a body shape I never thought possible.
The work out programs are unique and revolutionary; enabling an individual to reach a point where they are literally burning more than 1,000 calories at every single session. The format of the program is to exercise just 3 days in every 7, with the promise to shed up to 5lbs in any given week. Well I can testify that this actually does work; I lost 40lbs during the 8 week course and have never felt better.
There are 2 systems that work in tandem and they compliment each other perfectly. The entire 1,000 Calorie Challenge system consists of 10 components, with manuals, log sheets, check lists and databases, which I initially viewed with a little scepticism, but they all have a vital role to play. The exercise database can be modified to suit each persons personal requirements and level of fitness, be that beginner, intermediate, or advanced versions, for both upper and lower body development.
Repetitions, resistance, rest and rounds were 4 R’s that I became very familiar with throughout the program, but were excellent terms to add focus to my training. The initial baseline work gradually progressed, with the number of calories shed also increasing from 300 at the start, right up to 1,000 by the time I was comfortable with the schedule.
This program is a real education in exercise systems and it highlights that fitness is the key and is attainable for anybody of any shape or size. The fact that I was encouraged to indulge in all my cravings once a week was a huge surprise, but certainly a welcome one. Incredibly, by doing so it actually accelerating the results I was after. It completely contradicted all that I’d previously been told, but the way it has worked for me, proves that the methods of the 1,000 calorie challenge are spot on.
