Around 18 months ago, I embarked on what was effectively a crash diet, and paid an arm and a leg for the ‘pleasure’. I managed to lose around 10lbs over the course of 4 weeks, but felt terrible. The food I was permitted was awful and my energy levels were at an all time low. My complexion suffered from a seemingly endless stream of spots and blotches and worse still I lost all my strength, which had a knock on effect within my working environment.
